FAQ

Are your shirts true to size? Yes. Vinyl Vixen uses unisex shirts for infants, toddlers, kids and adults. Our onesies are true to size with room to grow.

Do you offer different brands of shirts? Yes. Our normal unisex shirt brand is Rabbit Skins for infants/toddlers, and Gildan for youth and adult. Women's sizing is available upon request, just send us an email before placing your order so we can check stock! availability. For a small up charge we offer Bella+Canvas tees, raglans, comfort colors, or ringer tees. We can look for other shirt styles/brands upon request. For these any of these requests please email info@vinylvixencustomdesigns.com

What is your TAT (turn around time)? Our current TAT is 7-14 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. TAT does not include shipping time. TAT is the time it takes from when you place you order to the day it leaves. Due to the holidays there are some delays with the postal system so your order might take a couple days longer to get to you than normal. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands and TAT does not account for these days as it’s not something we can predict. 

How should I wash my shirt? Shirts should be washed in cool/cold water and dried on low heat or hung to dry. 

How do I order a custom? For a custom please select the custom listing, brand of shirt you'd like and upload your inspiration into the file upload box. If you do not have an inspiration picture please email info@vinylvixencustomdesigns.com with your idea and the store owner will get back to you in 24-72 hours!

Do you offer things not listed on your website? We are always looking to add new items as we get requests for them so do not be afraid to send an email asking if there is something you are looking for!
